2025 Mike Sule Memorial @ Fox Chain of Lakes

On Saturday, June 7th the IMTT hosted its last leg of our spring events for 2025 with our Mike Sule Memorial Tournament on the Fox Chain of Lakes. Anglers started the day at 6am with pretty calm conditions. As the hours passed the East/Northeast wind increased. Anglers did not see the cloud coverage increase as the forecast predicted. The day stayed sunny and a bit warmer than expected. This led to no shortage of pleasure boaters on the water in the afternoon.

There were a total of 26 Anglers who fished our event with a total of 6 fish over the 30″ minimum being registered.

First Place went to the team of Troy Beyer and Tim Gustaferro Jr. with three fish. Troy caught a 42″, 32.25″, and a 32″ fish.

Second Place went to the team of Q Carlson and Bryan Von Bruenchenhein. Q was able to land a 37″ fish.

Third Place went to the team of Brian Gates and Ray Cote. Brian landed a 32.25″ fish.

The other registered fish was caught by Phil Gutmann with a 30.5″ fish.

The 42″ fish caught by Troy Beyer was the Big Fish for the event.

We want to express a huge thank you to Kurt at Musky Tales for allowing us to host our event and dinner.

We also want to thank all of the anglers that fish any of our events this spring.

The IMTT will return the water on the last Saturday of September when we fish Lake Evergreen.
